A raunchy sex tape of Britney Spears does exist- according to her ex-lover Adnan Ghalib.

And just as Brit is getting her life back on track the paparazzo has confirmed
that he will sell the footage to bidders “for the right price”.
Ghalib told Heat Magazine:
“There is such a tape, but I won't discuss prices.
Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."
There have been rumours of the tapes existence since the couple
split in January but only now have they been confirmed.
