Paris Hilton is laughing off claims she's struggling with an eating disorder,
insisting she's in the best shape of her life.
Internet bloggers and gossips recently commented on the socialite's bony frame,
asking if her trek to London to film a British version of her reality show
My BFF was causing the star health problems.
But Hilton insists fans needn't worry.
She tells In Touch magazine,
"I am healthier than ever. I've been eating so healthily since I've been here (in London).
No sodas and no fast food like I usually do in LA."
